Divorce Housing/Young Housing is a housing concept from 2014 that provides quickly available and affordable living space nationwide. Furnished, equipped, and provided with all the facilities that belong to basic needs. The company rents real estate from private individuals, housing corporations, governments, and investment companies.
The premise was a businesslike yet homely appearance. Therefore, a calm modern base has been chosen that comes across as professional but in a warm atmosphere. A large number of applied materials are not only aesthetic but also contribute to the acoustics in the office.
The realized interior for the office building is a mix of rugged and soft. The minimalist lighting and black accents are complemented by upholstered furniture, plants, and custom details. The combination of glass walls, pivot doors, and an industrial ceiling creates a modern look, while acoustic wall panels and soft furniture make the space inviting. Timeless shades, such as beige and brown, provide a warm whole.
