Abstrct transformed a dated office consisting of 2 floors with an area of approx. 280 m² of office space divided into small cubicles into an office with an open atmosphere, where there is sufficient distance if necessary but you are still connected to each other at all times. Only the toilet blocks and the staircase remained as they were.

Divorce Housing/Young Housing is a residential concept from 2014, which provides quickly available and affordable housing nationwide. Carpeted, furnished and equipped with all facilities belonging to prime needs. The company rents real estate from private individuals, housing corporations, governments and investment companies.
The starting point was a business-like but homely appearance. Therefore, a calm modern basis was chosen that comes across as business-like, but in a warm atmosphere. A large number of the applied materials are not only aesthetic, but also contribute to the acoustics in the office.
The realized interior for the office building is a mix of tough and soft. The minimalist lighting and black accents are complemented by upholstered furniture, plants and custom details. The combination of glass walls, pivot doors and an industrial ceiling creates a modern look, while acoustic wall panels and soft furniture make the room inviting. Timeless shades, such as beige and brown, ensure a warm whole.
