Reflection of urban nature
Reflection of urban nature

For this Marvelous Building, the public spaces have been defined and an inviting and connecting environment has been created in which city and nature come together. The starting point was to strengthen the existing architectural foundation through the addition of natural materials, warm colors, and thoughtful elements that enhance atmosphere, acoustics, and gatherings.

A marvelous building
A marvelous building
The entrance, circulation spaces, and the rooftop terrace have been renewed with a carefully curated mix of materials and elements: new floors, acoustic wall panels, golden walls in the stairwells, custom furniture, custom lighting and mirrors, hanging gardens, planters, and completely new signage. These interventions together create a vibrant, playful, and atmospheric environment.
The signage has been designed with simplicity, elegance, and consistency as its guiding principles. Executed in gold-colored typography and placed on a graphic grid, it seamlessly integrates with the architecture of the building.
In the central hall, a specially designed cabinet with exchange and mail slots enhances the sense of community. The design is inspired by the architectural language of the building and encourages meetings, sharing, and sustainability.
The result is a thoughtful interior concept where meeting and connection are central – an urban oasis where residents feel welcome.
