For this Marvelous Building, Abstrct has styled the public spaces, creating an inviting and connecting environment where city and nature come together. The starting point was to strengthen the existing architectural foundation by adding natural materials, warm colors, and thoughtful elements that promote atmosphere, acoustics, and interaction.

A marvelous building
A marvelous building
The entrance, circulation areas, and rooftop terrace have been renovated with a carefully curated mix of materials and elements: new flooring, acoustic wall panels, gold walls in the stairwells, custom furniture, bespoke lighting and mirrors, hanging gardens, planters, and entirely new signage. Together, these interventions create a vibrant, playful, and atmospheric environment.
The signage was designed with simplicity, elegance, and consistency as starting points. Executed in gold-colored typography and placed on a graphic grid, it seamlessly aligns with the building's architecture.
In the central lobby, a custom-designed cabinet with exchange shelves and mailboxes enhances the sense of community. The design is inspired by the architectural language of the building and encourages meeting, sharing, and sustainability.
The result is a thoughtful interior concept where meeting and connection are central – an urban oasis where residents feel welcome.
