This detached new-build home in Noordwijk was the starting point for an integrated interior and renovation project. Abstrct supported the elaboration of the ideas into a clear plan. Based on a clear vision, a warm, natural interior has been created with a touch of Mediterranean influences.

Where everyday living feels like a getaway
In the interior, natural materials have been chosen intentionally to add tranquility and character. Oak doors, woven bar stools and bamboo-look curtains form a soft, earthy base. The stone floor connects the different rooms and provides balance and unity. The exterior is also carefully coordinated with this, allowing inside and outside to flow seamlessly into one another.
A distinct eye-catcher in the home is the quartzite kitchen countertop in the color Taj Mahal. It gives the kitchen its own character: powerful, refined and functional, with a natural connection to the rest of the interior.
