Giving a straightforward newly built house character: it's not the easiest task. "Bold & creative" became the basis for the design with the (favorite) color "pink" taking center stage.

The kitchen has been moved to the garden side and equipped with a custom-made steel door with elegant arches.
Although the use of pink is striking, the refined details and modern design create balance. The foundation of the interior is formed by wood-look tiles in a chevron pattern, which have been laid throughout the house. This creates coherence, calm, and practicality.
The combination of sleek architecture and metal frames gives the house a warm, contemporary appearance. Walls are divided into panels, with smooth plaster at the bottom and a soft texture at the top, adding extra ambiance to the space.
Where many new build homes feel impersonal, details like the steel stair door and thoughtful wall finishes here actually provide a clear layout and character. The recurring arch shapes in the steelwork and the subtle hexagonal motifs – such as in the brass wall lamps and the Eastern shutters on the upper floor – are also beautiful.
This top floor is a private retreat for the residents, with an open sleeping and bathing area. A custom-made vanity separates the space, and with a sliding wall, part of it can be closed off for guests – while maintaining privacy.
